New Customer? You can place orders by phone or fax. If you prefer to order by fax, you can simply print the downloadable order form below and fax it to us. We are available to take your order by phone Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. pacific time.

Shipping Rates

Due to varied weights and sizes of our products, we will calculate the cost of shipping on an individual basis. We utilize various carriers, depending on delivery location. This allows us to provide our customers with the most economical cost to ship the items ordered.  The cost of shipping will be added to the total ammount of the order. We will be happy to quote an estimated ship cost if requested.
